- Cream of cauliflower & chestnut soup (v)
- Port & stilton rarebit toasts & confit red onion (v)
- Game terrine, apple & chestnut slaw, fresh baked baguette
- Smoked salmon roulade & cucumber salad
- Roast turkey breast & thigh, caramelised onion, sage & chestnut stuffing, pig in blanket, duck fat roast potatoes, market vegetables & pan rich gravy
- Seared venison medallion, champ, braised red cabbage & blackberry jus
- Gnocchi, butternut squash & sage butter sauce (v)
- Smoked haddock fillet, crushed new potatoes, curly kale & shrimp sauce
- Christmas pudding & brandy anglaise (V)
- Choc delice & Irish whisky cream mousse
- Vanilla tart & brandy soaked prunes
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice-cream, mulled blackberries & gingerbread biscuit

To book simply complete the booking form and return it to us along with your deposit 10 days before your meal.
